About
Travelling differently, and quietly.
Cielo y Mar began with a simple observation: the most meaningful travel rarely happens in public.
It happens in small groups, over long dinners, in places reached without announcement. It depends less on where you go than on who is with you, and on the care taken before anyone arrives.
We build journeys the way a private host would: slowly, with attention, and with a preference for the unhurried. Nothing is scheduled to fill time. Each day is designed to leave room for the thing we cannot plan: the conversation, the detour, the hour that changes the trip.
Our first country is El Salvador. Narrow, volcanic, largely unseen in the way we see it. Coffee grown high in the mountains, a Pacific coastline with some of the longest waves in the hemisphere, and towns where the evening still belongs to the street.

Principles
Depth over distance
We do not measure a journey by how much ground it covers. A single valley, understood well, is worth more than a country crossed quickly.
Small company
Every journey is limited. The size of the group is not a logistical decision. It is the reason the experience works at all.
Discretion
Itineraries, arrangements and the names of those travelling remain within the membership. Nothing is published.
Place, honestly
We work with the people who actually live and build in these places. What we show is not staged for arrival.

Desde el Cielo al Mar. From the sky to the sea.
